Buffy is of impeccable breeding, we waited a long time for the right one and have proved she was it. Her dam became the top winning Brood Bitch all breeds in 2007. Buffy came into our lives like a whirling dervish, not being used to the spaniel temperament we are now complete converts. Unfortunately she was very slow to mature taking her time to grow both body and coat. It wasn’t until after trying twice to get her in whelp that she became very ill and had to be spayed. Immediately her body and coat properties improved and she went on to win CC’s and RCC’s at the age of 6 years. She attended Crufts in 2009, and won 3rd in the Veteran class and since then she has taken a back seat (on the sofa!). We still think she’s very special and is now preparing to be a local groomer’s model at grooming competitions.
